Concrete Vibrator
A concrete vibrator is a construction tool that is used to consolidate and settle the concrete, by removing any trapped air pockets that might be present. It is typically used during the pouring and finishing of concrete slabs and foundations. The concrete vibrator consists of a motor and a vibrating head that is inserted into the wet concrete. The vibration created by the motor causes the concrete to settle and become more dense, improving its strength and durability. Concrete vibrators can come in different types, such as internal vibrators, external vibrators and surface vibrators. The internal vibrators are inserted into the concrete and are commonly used to vibrate large concrete pours, while external vibrators are positioned on the surface of the concrete and are used for smaller pours or repairs. Surface vibrators are used to vibrate and level the surface of the concrete.
