Reinforcement is achieved through hydroforming, where the bolt is expanded by high-pressure water inside the drill hole. As the bolt conforms to the hole’s shape, it creates a secure frictional and mechanical interlock, delivering instant full load-bearing performance. MEGABolt Friction Rock Bolt Range

Designed for up to 30% elongation, the range includes:

• Standard – For lighter applications, with a load capacity of 12 metric tons (120 kN)

• Midi – Medium-duty, with a load capacity of 16 metric tons (160 kN)

• Super – Heavy-duty, offering a load capacity of 24 metric tons (240 kN)
