MEGAMat-R

MEGAMat-R is a three-dimensional (3D) geomat mesh made from green polypropylene and reinforced with double-twisted steel wire mesh. It is specifically designed to protect slopes from surface erosion while supporting the growth of grass and vegetation.

The structure of MEGAMat-R consists of intertwined polypropylene fibers formed through an extrusion process, with a steel wire mesh embedded within. This 3D configuration is engineered to trap a layer of topsoil, effectively reducing erosion by shielding the surface from the direct impact of raindrops and limiting soil particle displacement.

The integrated steel mesh provides high tensile strength, enhancing the durability and ease of installation of the mat.
MEGAMat-R is suitable for a variety of applications, including slope stabilization, rockfall protection, road ditches, and more.
